About Founder

FOUNDER’S VISION

Starting a creative company was never something I imagined I wanted to do in the future. I defined my career as being an educator, one specifically dreaming up programs that cultivate youth leadership and encourages empathy for the local community. In the last 10 years, I’ve been proud to create multiple service-learning programs, mobilized thousands of donations and provided education consultancy services to organizations. However, along the way, I realized that people generally want to help others. They have good intentions to make a difference in this world. There are just not many platforms for people to do so.

Barefoot Love Collective’s vision is to provide a way that can connect people in doing some social good together that is fruitful and impactful for charities.  At the heart of Barefoot Love Collective is the vision for social justice in our neighbourhoods, of restoring dignity of individuals by walking alongside together.

Through Spread the Love workshops, collaborations, and creativity, I hope that people can come together and join in the fight against injustices happening in their own neighbourhoods. Attending our creativity in action workshops and buying a Barefoot Love card is not only a symbolic act of walking alongside social justice-minded organisations, it is also a tangible way to support charities who lead the fight on the front-lines.
